About Claire Ong
Claire is the co-founder, lead trainer and coach of The Positive Movement, a company that specialises in using Positive Psychology and Ontological Coaching to help individuals and organisations achieve greater wellbeing. She is passionate about creating safe spaces and developing programs that create deep and sustainable change.
Claire holds a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn), where she studied under leading Professors in the field, Martin Seligman, Angela Duckworth and Adam Grant.
About Jade Seah
Jade is a professional keynote speaker, sought-after master of ceremonies (MC), writer and former broadcaster, with over 10 years of experience on both television and radio. She is known for her affability and ability to connect with both large and small audiences. In this over a decade-long career in the entertainment industry, she learnt to build memorable connections with people – on stage, on air, online and one-to-one.
Jade has a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University, with a double major in Communications and Marketing. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology and is passionate about resilience-building and supporting others in building greater resilience in life. She now speaks to organisations on resilience and connection techniques, steeped in the science of Positive Psychology, which will transform how individuals live, work and build relationships.
About Sheila Sim
Sheila is an active advocate for wellness and personal growth. She is about to complete her Graduate Diploma in Positive Psychology, and has already been applying her new knowledge and skill sets in various areas of her life.
Beyond her successful modeling and acting career, Sheila has rediscovered the importance of working on herself, and taking care of her mental and emotional well-being. Having experienced much adversities in her growing up years, Sheila is grateful for life, and is passionate about helping others. Through Wonder and Wellness, she hopes to be able to share her stories, psychology-based tools and journey with others towards greater well-being in life.
WonderandWellness started with a simple intention to make wellness accessible to the masses. It was created with our personal conviction that the world will be a better place, if everyone can take care of their well-being, while rediscovering a sense of wonder in life.
